Reservations
When you book your journey in advance through the mobile app, your chauffeur-driven vehicle will be ready and waiting to pick you up at your specified time and location, exactly on schedule. You can manage your reservations via the app and update trip details such as date and time.
Airport Transfers
You can use the "Ride Now" feature or make a reservation for your trips to and from Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport. We highly recommend booking in advance to plan your journey seamlessly.
Adding Stops and Wait Time

You can communicate directly with your chauffeur via the mobile app. When using "Ride Now" or creating a reservation, you can leave a note for your chauffeur regarding your trip, exact location, or any special requests.
Service Areas and Hours
Our services are available within the provincial borders of Istanbul. Depending on your location, the "Ride Now" feature is available from 07:00 to 00:00 on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and from 07:00 to 02:00 on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. By planning your journey in advance under our reservation terms, you can travel 24/7.

Pricing
You will see the total fare before confirming your trip. The base fare, which covers the first 3 km, is 600 TL, and the rate for each subsequent kilometer is 100 TL. Once your vehicle arrives at your location, the first 5 minutes of waiting time are free of charge; thereafter, a fee of 25 TL per minute applies. For wait times requested during the journey, the fee is 35 TL per minute. Route changes may affect the final fare. Tolls (HGS), parking fees, and similar additional expenses are billed separately.
Payment and Billing
Journey payments can only be made using the credit card registered in your mobile app. You can select your preference for an individual or corporate invoice through the app.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your ride request or reservation directly via the mobile app.
